This is the Studio when we moved in, June 1997. We realized Bozeman had outgrown us when they got a Walmart. Our friends Jeff and Shirley had a record store in Livingston, but they were moving to Cincinnati - so we took over their lease. Ooooooo, record store-y! |

It took us three months to remodel! Mom and Dad helped scrape off the windows. |

We tore down two walls, built all new walls, Queen of the Saw Dust!

After dry-walling the place, we found that the entry way was rotted, so Parke put in new floor joyces and we put in some slate! I will never forget weeping for Princess Diana on these tiles while grouting. Poor Di, if only she could have known the joy of making beads. And being allowed to be chubby. |

Hey, who's that cutie glazing the walls? Then came the carpet. Then the fireplace, then moving everything from our old studio at the Emerson Cultural Center.... |

In September of 1997 we opened!
Two months later, we found our house. When we saw the condition it was in, we cried. Ten years later, we are still working on THAT project! Houston, we have a Kitchen!! |
