Mercury Goodman - Home Cat

Bestest Kitty in the Whole Wide World!


He came in thru the kitchen window.... at 4 in the morning one summer day, he went straight to the bedroom like he owned the place, and got under the covers between Parke and me, purring so loud we thought the windows might break!
We found out the next day that this little baby kitten was named Mercury, and belonged to our next-door neighbors. He had 4 siblings who all mysteriously disappeared , like so many other cats in our neighborhood.


Every day Mercury would come to visit and every day we would take him home, only to have him come back half an hour later. After a few years his owners moved away, but asked us to keep him. Thank God!


Mercury is a total love boy, who loves all people and cats. He gives Maui baths.
